The Inspection
Our job is to take a close look of the property in the form of photographs and an easy-to-read, clearly stated report of its condition. We serve as a disinterested third party avoiding all conflicts of interest and do not bid on any construction work of any kind; bidding on construction work is forbidden by the professional organizations to which we belong.
Red Flags
As required by law, any red flags that we note concern hazards that should be addressed immediately for the safety of everyone connected to the property.
What You Get
The report is 12-20 pages and with photographs illustrating the true condition of the property at the time of inspection. In most cases you will get an email report in pdf file format within 24 hours of inspection and a printed hard copy hand delivered or via US Mail in 2-4 days.
