What's Inspected

  • Four Point inspection include; Roof, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical.
  • The Exterior will be inspected first and is a 3rd of the inspection.
  • The basement and crawl space get a long visit.  
  • All bathrooms get a good checking.
  • Other interior areas include all the windows, all accessible power outlets, ceiling for past leaks, check the doors to ensure they're square, the stairs system get inspected too.
  • The attic, if any, also gets a long peak.

  • Water tests are Monday thru Friday in Montezuma and LaPlata Counties.  The water sample is taken to the health department in La Plata County usually same day or within 24 hours of sample taken.
